We are a proud Welsh Regiment that recruits from Wales, Great Britain and around the world; many soldiers serve with relatives or close friends in the same Battalion.  Welsh Warriors are all part of one Welsh Regimental family.

You will be trained as an expert in modern combat. Joining The Royal Welsh is not just a career move; you will develop yourself through world-class training. You will develop physical and mental strength, confidence and a sense of belonging. You will join a platoon as an Infantry soldier and after completing your basic training, you can build on your skills and specialise in one of over 16 job roles.
