MISSION STATEMENT
To provide a comprehensive, confidential welfare service, responsive to the needs of individuals, families and the chain of command. In order to maximise the operational effectiveness of Service personnel.

Our Strict confidentiality policy ensures that personal information is not passed on to anyone outside of the welfare team without the persons' consent.
TIDWORTH
Tidworth is a small town with most of the shops centred on Station Road. It has Tesco and Lidl stores, a Photographer, Hairdressers, Chemist, Tailors, Military Supplies, Gurkha Store, Charity Shops, Cafes and Takeaways
There are two NHS Drs Surgeries and two NHS Dental Practices.
Tidworth Leisure Centre has a Swimming pool and flume, Gym, Squash Courts and Climbing Wall. It also houses the Library, Cafe, Hive, Crèche, Youth Clubs, Physiotherapist and Sports Injury Clinic and Beauty Salon.
The outdoor sports facilities include tennis courts, Athletics Stadium, (The Tidworth Oval), a County Class Cricket Ground, floodlit all-weather Sports Pitch, Polo and Equestrian facilities and Tidworth Free Ride Mountain Bike Centre.
BULFORD
The local Shops include a Cost Cutter store, Taylors, Tattooist, Pizza Café, a Takeaway and Noodle Café, Sandwich Bar and Italian Café/Restaurant.
The Beeches Community Centre on Bulford Road, houses 1 Mercian Welfare Team, The Community Café, Noah's Ark Nursery, The Community Development Worker and SSAFA. It also has a conference room and function room which are available for hire.
The Haig Centre in the Canadian Estate houses 3 SR and 5 Rifles Welfare Teams, a Thrift Shop and Nursery.
LARKHILL
Larkhill Garrison is home to the Royal Artillery.
On the Packway you will find a Convenience Store, Post Office, Hairdressers, Beauticians, Barbers, Army Surplus Store, Café, Mexican Restaurant and various takeaways.
There is an indoor play zone, The Space Station which host children’s parties.
The Community Centre on Willoughby Road, houses 14 Regt RA Welfare Team, a Nursery and Health Visitors. Sharp Hall on the Packway, houses 19 and 32 Regt RA Welfare Teams, Youth
Clubs, Parent and Toddler Groups and Coffee Mornings.
AMESBURY
Amesbury is the oldest continuously inhabited settlement in Britain, people have been living there since just after the end of the Ice Age and it is recognised in the Guinness Book of Records. The earliest settlement dates from 7596-7542 BC and was at Vespasian’s Camp, a wooded area to the south of the A303 just off countess roundabout. The amenities in Amesbury Town Centre include, Aldi and Co-op stores, a local Bakery and Café, Butchers, Weatherspoon’s, Factory shop, Boots Chemist, Picture Framers, Hairdressers, Bridalwear, Car Accessories, Opticians and a Post Office. There are local pubs and food outlets, and further out of town you can find B&M, Home Bargain, Tesco, Lidl, a Leisure Centre and various fast-food outlets, Toby Carvery, Holiday Inn, Harvester and Costa.
